Flavia Pennetta and Marcel Granollers have both pulled out of the Brisbane International. Pennetta will be replaced by Christina McHale while Australia’s Peter Luczak comes in for Granollers.
Pennetta, who has withdrawn with a gastrointestinal illness, was due to play countrywoman Roberta Vinci today but that task will now be tackled by lucky loser McHale from America.
